乐山白熊沟风景区在金口河大峡谷景区以内，属于金口河大峡谷里面的一条天然沟壑，金口河大峡谷景区是不收门票的，白熊沟也是如此。白熊沟景区风景奇、险，沟底到山顶平均高差达千米，加上山顶电站尾水是不是往下放，行程独特的千米瀑布，蔚为壮观，值得一去。
首先，我们需要将白熊桃放入冷水中浸泡20分钟，这样可以使起泡软化。然后用刀轻轻切开起泡处，切口不要太大，太大容易影响果肉的口感。
接着用手把起泡四周的果肉稍微扳开，这样起泡处的果肉就可以脱离皮，达到开泡的效果了。
最后把果肉捏出来，从白熊桃的其他部位也可以捏出果肉，这样可以减少浪费。开泡后的白熊桃肉质已经变软，口感更加绵密，可以直接食用或者加入其他食材制作甜品。
