乐山白熊沟风景区在金口河大峡谷景区以内,属于金口河大峡谷里面的一条天然沟壑,金口河大峡谷景区是不收门票的,白熊沟也是如此。白熊沟景区风景奇、险,沟底到山顶平均高差达千米,加上山顶电站尾水是不是往下放,行程独特的千米瀑布,蔚为壮观,值得一去。
首先,我们需要将白熊桃放入冷水中浸泡20分钟,这样可以使起泡软化。然后用刀轻轻切开起泡处,切口不要太大,太大容易影响果肉的口感。
接着用手把起泡四周的果肉稍微扳开,这样起泡处的果肉就可以脱离皮,达到开泡的效果了。
最后把果肉捏出来,从白熊桃的其他部位也可以捏出果肉,这样可以减少浪费。开泡后的白熊桃肉质已经变软,口感更加绵密,可以直接食用或者加入其他食材制作甜品。
